The Liberty Market Lofts Condos

Modern living, with the Liberty Village laid back lifestyle!

Sharing the same footprint of Liberty Village with the Liberty Market building, the Liberty Market Lofts condos offer a super modern, super accessorized building at 5 Hanna Avenue. With 295 unique condos within an eight storey building designed to be a modern take on the traditional warehouse space, the Liberty Market Lofts condos offer a variety of spaces and floor plans for your busy lifestyle. Ranging from 346 square foot studio spaces to 1,610 two level suites, these condos are all about the open floor plans and airy space.

There are walls of windows at the Liberty Market Lofts condos, meaning the space is filled with warm natural light. In loft-style condos, this means windows stretch all the way to the ceiling of the mezzanine! The overall feel of these condos is extraordinarily modern, with touches like concrete ceilings reminding residents that this was once an area dominated by industry.  The kitchens and bathrooms feature super sleek European-inspired cabinetry that make storage aesthetically appealing.

Liberty Market Lofts Amenities

The Liberty Market Lofts offer a range of amenities that keep in the spirit of the Liberty Village neighbourhood. There are outlets for activity, outlets for creation and inspiration, and fantastic conveniences.  For active residents, there’s a basketball court, a gym, and a billiards room.  Whether your game involves free throws or eight balls, or just getting a good burn on, this is the space for you! For artistic residents, there is a utility room for creating, and an onsite gallery for displaying these creations.  All residents can enjoy a variety of gathering spaces, such as the lounge, the business centre, and the courtyard. Conveniences are also important, and residents of the Liberty Market Lofts can enjoy parking as well as a pet grooming salon for when the furry roommate needs pampering!

Liberty Village Neighbourhood

Liberty Village is an area gaining in popularity, and for good reason.  The area offers a lot for residents to enjoy: delicious restaurants, interesting shops, and a community of respected, creative businesses that keep the area thriving.  There are quiet residential corners, and the hustle and bustle of King Street.  There are small parks, and huge stadiums.  From public transportation to the Gardiner Expressway, it’s easy to get around Liberty Village, too.  There’s a little something for everyone, just outside the door of the Liberty Market Lofts.

The Liberty Market Building is just next door to the Liberty Market Lofts. This inspired community, which inhabits former warehouse space, includes studio space, eateries, shops, and more. It is this spirit of creativity and innovation which is the hallmark of Liberty Village.

Liberty Village has gained a reputation as a brunch spot and a brew spot, with many restaurants offering an impressive draft list and a tasty weekend brunch menu. Spots like The Craft, 3 Brewers, Williams Landing, Brazen Head Irish Pub, and Liberty Commons at Big Rock Brewery are all spots to check out in the evening for a beer, and in the mornings for brunch!

This is a neighbourhood with plenty to do, as well.  Not only is Allan A Lamport Stadium and its surrounding park closeby, but wandering just outside of Liberty Village finds plenty of big time recreation. Just on the other side of the Gardiner Expressway is Coca Cola Coliseum and BMO Field, both spots for big name sports and concerts.  Aspiring equestrians may wish to check out Horse Palace, as well- a seemingly out of place spot for riding lessons built in 1931. Garrison Common is another spot just outside the neighbourhood’s boundaries that’s steeped in history, with pleasant green spaces to explore, as well.

Hanna Avenue is a quieter offshoot of the main Liberty Village roads, so the Liberty Market Lofts do enjoy decreased traffic. With so many fun and fascinating things to do nearby, it may be hard to keep still in that quiet corner, though. Liberty Market is next door, and a short walk along Hanna Avenue leads to so many fun things to check out, including top-notch brunch and brews!  Walking or biking around Liberty Village is sure to lead to plenty of adventure, with a super modern condo to return to at the end of the day!
