This condominium complex has one hundred and twenty-six units across three floors. The Kings boasts a good choice of sizes for it suites, which come in one bedroom units with options for a den and 2 bedroom condos. The one bedroom suites are between 656 and 794 square feet in area and one bedroom condos with a den are a spacious 794 square feet in total area. The two bedroom suites are a roomy 1,217 square feet in size. The Kings on 208 Niagara St. was developed by Triloft Developments and is a neighbourhood of condos that has a sense of friendliness.
