Aqua Condos Neighbourhood

410 Queens Quay West is located in the Waterfront area, right next to the water and just across from HTO Park West. The entire Waterfront is built over what was once a French Fort, later Fort York and eventually the old waterfront where ships docked near a sea of warehouses, factories, and piers. The hustle of the docks has since been replaced with the much more relaxing sight of glass high-rises, boutiques, and restaurants.

Aqua enjoys its own corner of the Waterfront neighbourhood, there are many amenities just a quick walk away. You can enjoy a play at the Massey Hall, or take a walk to one or all of the many parks along the waterfront after a filling meal from one of the many restaurants in the area. Harbour Square and Ann Tindal parks are close by and the HTO Parks are right across the street whenever you feel the need for a brisk walk. A ferry is just minutes away and can take you to the Toronto Islands where you can spend the entire day in the amusement park, or walking along one of its beaches. Parks and marinas abound in a place that feels removed from the city, despite being less than a kilometre away from it. You can head north to the downtown core for everything under the sun or head west to the Distillery District for a nostalgic trip back in time. Everything is just a short walk away in this sparkling neighbourhood.

For a cup of coffee on the way to work in the morning, stop in at the Starbucks across the street. That evening, take the family and friends to Iruka Sushi, just down the road, or consider an evening of fine dining at The Loch and Quay. On a Friday Night, go to the Amsterdam Brew House and then spend a fun Saturday afternoon at the Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament enjoying jousting and a roast chicken (get used to eating with your hands!). Finish off your weekend with a quiet Sunday night with a book from the local Indigo. In the Waterfront District, everything is just a quick call, or a quick walk away.

Whenever you need groceries, there is a Sobeys close by in addition to farmers’ markets and organic food stores. Whenever you need a prescription filled, Remedy’s Rx is just a block away, and other pharmacies are in the area.

If you need to visit friends or family in other neighbourhoods, there are several bus routes and subways just a short distance from your front door.

The Monarch Construction Company is the developer behind the development of the Aqua Condominium building and is just one of its many accomplishments.
