ADMIRALTY POINT 251 Queens Quay West Waterfront

ADMIRALTY POINT CONDOS – 251 Queens Quay West

Date Registered (1989-04-21)

With stunning views of the lake, nearly everyone might be anxious to live at the Admiralty Point condos, but with only sixty one condos in its eight storeys, this community offers privacy and solitude along with those amazing views.  With one bedroom condos starting at an unheard-of 905 square feet and three bedroom plus den condos at a spacious 3,343 square feet, there’s plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the luxury that surrounds you.  It stands to reason that a lake view property would have large windows, but at Admiralty Point condos, the windows span floor to ceiling and wrap around the exterior walls.  There are also private balconies to enjoy the fresh breeze, or watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee.

251 Queens Quay West Amenities

The Admiralty Point condos share a footprint with the Radisson Admiral Hotel, and as such, residents of the condos have access to all of the Radisson’s amenities, including housekeeping! There’s a gym and sauna for catching up on workouts and sweating out the stress.  There’s also a squash court for a quick, friendly game with neighbours. There’s an outdoor pool and lounge area, too, which also overlooks the waterfront. You’ll truly get the resort feeling at the 251 Queens Quay West, with the added comfort of being completely at home.  Parking is available here, and pets are welcome to share your space with you.

251 Queens Quay West Neighbourhood

The Waterfront neighbourhood is the place to be for those who enjoy beautiful sunsets, serene lake views, and aquatic sports. Lake Ontario is one of Toronto’s most celebrated spots, and it’s easy to see why! Just outside the door at the Admiralty Point condos awaits tons of adventure, whether that’s a cozy picnic in one of the many surrounding parks, or trying out your skills in a boat!

From your spot on Queens Quay West, it’s a cinch to pick up the Martin Goodman Trail or the Waterfront Trail. Either option offers kilometres of biking, walking, jogging, or running trail, cruising along the coast for amazing views. Connecting the numerous lakeside parks, you can custom-tailor your wanderings to any distance or time frame. While on the paths, head on over to HTO Park and the beach to soak up some sun or splash in the water. There are also two venues practically outside the door of the Admiralty Point condos for trying out new sports on the waterfront, including Harbourfront Canoe and Kayak Centre and Harbourfront Centre Sailing and Power boating.

There are several diversions in the same footprint as the Admiralty Point condos, including Cafe Locale, Shoeless Joe’s Sports Grill, Mamma’s Pizza, Tim Hortons and a spa/salon for some impromptu pampering. Just a short walk away is Amsterdam Brewhouse, where you can enjoy original brews while gazing across the waterfront, and Rabba Fine Foods, perfect for grabbing supplies for a picnic.  There are also many options for quick bites, so if the mood just isn’t right for cooking, take out is definitely an option!

The Admiralty Point condos are surrounded by a variety of historical and scenic markers.  Sure, this might seem a little touristy, but what better way to learn and appreciate the great history of Toronto than to immerse yourself in the landmarks?  Wandering around the Waterfront neighbourhood, you’ll find plenty of photo ops, so stop and take a selfie or two!

Just down Queens Quay is the Harbourfront Centre.  This not-for-profit centre strives to provide cultural entertainment and education for the public, including growing understanding of the diverse international cultures that make up the beautiful tapestry of GTA communities.  There are exhibits, shows, and programs year round at the Harbourfront Centre that aim to bring together humanity through the arts that define us.  Living just up the road, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to be a part of this amazing resource!  Just outside the Harbourfront Centre is the gorgeous Toronto Music Garden, and the Spadina Quay Wetlands, which serve as a reminder of the natural beauty of the lakefront area.

Getting around is no problem, either.  Should the mood (or necessity) strike to actually leave the Waterfront neighbourhood, transportation is available on Queens Quay and Spadina Avenue.  The Gardiner Expressway is also easily accessible, and The Core is just on the other side!

The Waterfront neighbourhood is an excellent place to relax and recharge.  Just a flash away from the heart of the city, the Admiralty Point condos allow residents to spend time away from the city centre and gaze upon lake, with easy access to the city at any time!  From a peaceful picnic to an exciting day on the water, this is the neighbourhood for you!
