These condos were constructed by an unknown developer back in 2014. Standing at four-storeys tall, Axiom Condos were constructed almost entirely out of white or yellow-brick with steel framing supporting tall windows. Residents of Axiom Condos will enjoy comforting decor in common spaces, which effectively mixes industrial elements like the white brick with modern amenities. These condos are also seated directly atop an Aroma Espresso and the Village Juicery, two cafes to satiate your juice and café cravings. 

Inside this rectangle condo building, Axiom Condos has only six units on its four storeys, so residents know that they will be able to spread out and live comfortably. For two of the levels, residents get to spread out and share each level with another unit. The third and fourth floor are smaller units but are home to penthouse units. The upper units also have room for walking around on an outdoor patio space!

Condo layouts are relatively similar in most units and suite sizes average around 2,800 square feet! That is a lot of living space with growing families! Units are two-bedroom and come at an affordable price point considering the amount of space available.

460 Adelaide Street East Amenities

When constructed in 2014, Axiom Condos were built with some great basic amenities. While 460 Adelaide Street East does not go above and beyond like some of the more expensive condos down along the lakeshore, these condos still provide a lot of comfort and ease. 

To start, these condos come with great security (not like you’ll need it!). There is a security system protecting the building even though the College Street neighbourhood is very safe. Maintenance fees are also extremely inclusive and reasonable, so you won’t have to worry about paying extra fees for social spaces that you’ll never use. 

Residents of 540 College Condo will have access to a rooftop patio so that evening sunsets can be enjoyed. Be sure to invite your friends! 

But of course, one of the biggest amenities of living here is the amazing location. Little Italy, and especially College Street, is one of the best places to live on the west end. Residents here will have access to numerous boutiques and cafes, some fun entertainment, convenient transit options, accessible public places, nightclubs, bars, and so much more. 

Axiom Condos Neighbourhoods

College Street in Little Italy is easily one of the best places to live in Toronto, especially in the west end. To start, this neighbourhood is home to numerous shops, boutiques, cafes, bars, and entertainment spots. But on top of that, Little Italy is mere steps away from one of Toronto’s most coveted parks—Trinity Bellwoods Park. 

Being a short walk away from Trinity Bellwoods, Queen Street West, King Street, Kensington Market, and the University of Toronto has its perks! If you love trying new foods, board game cafes, ice cream shops, and lively bars, then Little Italy is perfect for you!

While the entire area of Little Italy is extremely walkable, at 460 Adelaide Street East you are close by to some great stops. Across the street is a Service Canada, so you won’t have to go far for these necessities. There is also a transit stop right outside your doorstep. And, as mentioned, an aroma espresso and the Village Juicery underneath your home. 

Restaurants in the area include La Carnity, Cafe Diplomatico (highly recommended!), and Sneaky Dee’s. Imm Thai Kitchen, Kasai Grill House and Sushi Bon are a few blocks west, and to the east, you can try Aunties and Uncles. There’s also Duff’s Famous Wings, The Walton for drinks, The Big Chill for ice cream, Burrito Boyz, and Blnd Tger, which is a restaurant home to arcades and it turns into an energetic nightclub at night.

For everyday needs, there’s a Beer Store, Shoppers, a CIBC, Scotiabank, and Structure in the vicinity. There’s also The Royal cinema for indy flicks. If you are looking to raise a family in this area, know that there are a number of schools, such as King Edward Jr and Senior Public School and Kensington Community School.
