Twenty Lofts

Art, culture, and luxury collide at the Twenty Lofts condos!

The Twenty Lofts occupy a pretty funky-looking building, which makes sense, considering it’s located in one of the most vibrant, upbeat neighbourhoods in the GTA! Though the Twenty Lofts building is just seven storeys tall, there are 113 unique condos inside, ranging from 480 square foot one bedroom spaces to 1,180 square foot suites. With open floor plans that maximize living space (or entertaining space, depending on your priorities), the Twenty Lofts condos are roomy and sophisticated, making them a great choice for urban dwelling.

Inside the Twenty Lofts condos, the design is sleek, contemporary, and deluxe. The kitchens feature lacquered European style cabinetry with integrated appliances, blending seamlessly into the living space. The bathrooms also feature clean lines and sleek cabinets, matching the kitchens in space-age luxury. The condos feature hardwood floors throughout, and balconies for lounging and enjoying views of the action on Gladstone Avenue. The Twenty Lofts condos are also known for enormous closets and an overall excellent use of space for a maximum flow.

20 Gladstone Avenue Amenities

The amenities at the 20 Gladstone Avenue focus on some of the most important parts of life:  Health and Wellness. There’s a gym with separate weight room and yoga room, as well as change rooms.  There’s also a juice bar for refreshing after a particularly difficult sweat session. Just as important, though, are the recreational areas for gathering and creating wellness through relaxation! There’s a TV lounge for neighbourly watching parties, and a games room for playing a few hands of a favourite card game or some billiards. There’s also a party room with a gilded bar, and outside, you can enjoy a patio with barbecue stations, a huge, well-equipped sun deck, and a cocktail lounge. The Twenty Lofts condos are definitely a place that takes neighbourhood gatherings seriously… and with some serious style, too!

Little Portugal Neighbourhood

With its location on Gladstone Avenue bordering Queen Street, the Twenty Lofts condos straddle the lines between Little Portugal and Queen West neighbourhoods, and as such, residents here get the best of both worlds.

Surrounding the Twenty Lofts are a plethora of cultural opportunities.  Imagine such options as Theatre Centre, Propeller, Drake Hotel, Janak Khendry Dance Company, Goodfellas Gallery, Northern Contemporary Gallery, Brockton Collective, Reclamation Wall, and Parkdale Amphitheatre all just a short walk from the doorstep.  Walking north on Gladstone Avenue takes you to Dundas Street, where the options continue with Stephen Bulger Gallery, Roseneath Theatre, Lula Lounge, and The Baby G, and that’s not counting the small galleries along the way!

Perhaps most convenient of all is the fact that FreshCo is just across Gladstone Avenue, and the Metro is connected to 20 Gladstone Avenue via a tunnel. There’s also a bike share and transportation stops right at the corner of Queen Street, so getting around is almost effortless.

Not surprisingly, Queen Street is lined with shops that cater to the artistic-minded and aesthetically-motivated, as well as restaurants which offer eclectic eats in contemporary spaces. Innovative flavours and hip settings meet here, with options like Dandylion, Nunu, Nuit Social, Saigon Flower, Levetto, Rustic Cosmo Cafe, Grand Electric Parkdale, and Miss Things, which run the gamut of gourmet. There are also plenty of cocktail lounges and pub that offer live music, dancing, or just a really cool place to hang out, like The Melody Bar, Beaver Cafe, Brooklyn Bar, Cadillac Lounge, Convenience, The Dog and Bear Pub, and Bar Fancy.

The area isn’t entirely focused on arts and eats, though.  There are open green spaces, including McCormick Park, which offers outdoor recreation areas as well as the Mary McCormick Recreation Centre and the McCormick Arena, offering indoor and outdoor sports and classes for everyone.  Lisgar Park is also nearby, with OMG Cafe right on the park’s border for those who like to grab a cup of coffee and stroll.

Little Portugal and Queen West are both hubs of artistry, culture, and urban activity.  Living at the Twenty Lofts condos is the perfect way to take advantage of all the best resources in the area, from theatre and music, to transportation, to shopping and dining!
