The Zed Lofts have one hundred and twelve units on eleven floors and are great for the single professional, couple or small family seeking the exciting life of the downtown area. The one bedroom condos are 703 square feet in size and the two bedroom condos are between 668 and a spacious 1,264 square feet in total area. ZED LOFTS AMENITIES

The Zed Lofts on 38 Niagara Street are spacious suites with tall windows, reaching up to high ceilings opposite hardwood floors, reflecting the ample light. The suites also have open-concept layouts for the kitchen and living room with a great view from wide, private balconies.

The Zed Lofts offer plenty of amenities for the prospective resident. The pet lover has no fear here, as this building will welcome your cat or dog and there is a common rooftop deck available to chat with neighbours, friends, and family when you need to take in the evening air. If you’re having company over, you can have them on your balcony for a barbecue or, if you’ve created something bigger, then reserve the party room for the night at the Zed Lofts! If you need a space for a professional or more public gathering, book the meeting and function room for that meeting. You will always feel safe knowing that there is a security guard making his/her rounds and entry to the building can only be gained by use of the Enter Phone System. Public Transit is also nearby 38 Niagara Street.

The King’s maintenance fees cover common element maintenance, building insurance, parking, heat and water.

KING WEST NEIGHBOURHOOD

You can always find anything you want in the King West Neighbourhood. Before you start your morning grab a cup of coffee, a mocha, or a macchiato at Jimmy’s Coffee or go to Quantum Coffee a few blocks away, which offers espresso-based drinks to its customers. If you’re in a hurry, then stop by the nearby Starbucks for a quick shot of caffeine. At the end of a long day, give yourself a break from cooking and take the family out to eat at the Gusto 101 which serves Southern Italian cuisine in an industrial-style restaurant. The WVRST is even closer then the Gusto and has a German atmosphere where sausages and fries are served in a beer hall. When in the mood for fast food, there is a McDonald’s just within a few blocks of the Zed Lofts at 38 Niagara Street for whenever you have the craving for something simple and quick.

Once the week is done, it’s time to immerse yourself in downtown Toronto’s nightlife! Hunters Landing is just on the other side of the tracks. This sports bar has a patio and mezzanine to watch the game or you can relax in the Foggy Dew Irish Pub for pub grub and a beer on the street-side patio. There is also the intimate Bar Hop, which has a large variety of beers on hand plus upscale food on the menu.

Whenever you need to stretch your legs and explore, there are many parks in the area to see, including the Stanley, Victoria Memorial Square, and Clarence Parks. If you feel taking a bit longer of a walk, there are several more parks along Lake Ontario. It’s at the waterfront where you can take a ferry to the Toronto Islands. The Islands have beaches, marinas and even an amusement park to explore for the afternoon. The Zed Lofts on 38 Niagara Street are also close to a number of museums such as the Fort York National Historic Site, the Campbell Museum and the Toronto Railway Museum. You can also take in a little culture at the Scotiabank Theatre of Toronto, the Factory Theatre, or the Princess of Wales Theatre. The Bay of Spirits Gallery and the TD Gallery of Inuit Art are also within walking distance from your new home at Zed Lofts.

Other attractions also include the historic Distillery District, the Exhibition Grounds, the CN Tower, and the Waterfront District.

The King West neighbourhood is considered to be a great place for walking and a good area for biking. Local Transit is also easily accessible from your new residence at Zed Lofts at Zed Lofts.
